▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The thermoelectric generator has a n-type thermoelectric material (1) that is provided with first and second ends with a temperature gradient (5), and one or more p-type thermoelectric material (2) is provided with first and second ends with a same temperature gradient. The n-type and the p-type thermoelectric material is a single-layered graphene doped with isotope. The first end of a first n-type thermoelectric material and first end of first p-type thermoelectric material form a series connection (7) electrically, and second end of the first p-type thermoelectric material and second end of a second n-type thermoelectric material form a second series connection and pair of n-type and p-type thermoelectric materials are placed in series with one another to provide an electrical energy on an electric load (6) connected across p-type and n-type thermoelectric materials of same or another pair connected in series based on the temperature gradient. USE - Thermoelectric (TE) generator for automobile and handheld device. ADVANTAGE - The thermoelectric material reduces the cost, size, and improves figure-of-merit, thus achieving the desired results of converting the generated in-chip thermal energy into electrical energy.
