NOVELTY - The sensor has a working electrode (3) fixed with a chromium layer, an inert electrode layer, a graphene metal nano-meter granule layer and a glucose oxidase layer. An auxiliary electrode (2) and the working electrode are adhered on a glass substrate (4) through the chromium layer. The glucose oxidase layer is arranged in a surface of the metal nano-meter granule layer. A reference electrode (1) is fixed with a first wire connecting terminal. The auxiliary electrode is fixed with a second wire connecting terminal. The working electrode is fixed with a third wire connecting terminal. USE - Graphene and nano-granule modified electro-chemical glucose sensor. ADVANTAGE - The sensor has high precision and small volume, and achieves tissue liquid transdermal extraction and tissue glucose concentration measurement in an effective manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for an application of a graphene and nano-granule modified electro-chemical glucose sensor.
