NOVELTY - The wire has a heating wire core (1) formed with a linear foundation pit groove (2) that is fixed with a modified graphene layer (3). A surface of the heating wire core is arranged on a reinforcing net layer (4). The reinforcing net layer is arranged on an insulating paint layer (5) that is formed with a heat conducting graphene layer (6). The heat conducting graphene layer is arranged on an insulating protective layer (7) that is fixed with an annealing treatment device, where a section of the linear foundation pit groove is formed as a trapezoidal structure. The insulating paint layer is formed with a polyester imine paint layer and a polyamide imide paint layer. USE - Graphene electric heating wire. ADVANTAGE - The wire improves heat generating efficiency, heat conduction efficiency, toughness and mechanical performance of the heating wire core and production quality. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for manufacturing graphene electric heating wire.
