NOVELTY - Preparing capacitance graphene comprises (a) pulverizing litchi tree trunk and carrying out high-temperature carbonization reaction to obtain carbonized litchi trunk powder, (b) carrying out pore-forming reaction with carbonized lychee trunk powder to obtain mesoporous carbon, (c) acidifying the mesoporous carbon to obtain acidified mesoporous carbon, and (d) ultrasonically stripping the acidified mesoporous carbon. The pore-forming agent is composed of potassium hydroxide and calcium hydroxide. USE - Preparation method of capacitor graphene is useful for preparing new generation of electronic components or electronic transistors that are thin and conduct electricity faster. ADVANTAGE - The method is safe and environment-friendly, simple operation, low preparation cost, and easy for industrial production. The obtained capacitor graphene has high mass ratio capacitance and cycle stability.
