▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing in-situ polymerized polyester composite material with powder added online comprises (i) mixing and beating dihydric alcohol, dibasic acid and auxiliary materials, then ultrasonically filtering to obtain product A, (ii) carrying out the first esterification reaction of product A, (iii) mixing and dispersing uniformly the modified powder and product B with a tubular ultrasonic and static mixer, and filtering to obtain product C, (iv) carrying out the second esterification reaction of product C, reacting, and controlling the esterification reaction rate is not less than 96% to obtain product D, (v) mixing and dispersing uniformly the powder and product D with a tubular ultrasonic and static mixer, and carrying out polycondensation reaction through a microreactor to obtain product E, (vi) filtering the product E, where the powder includes graphene, carbon nanotubes, metal powder, and toner, modified powder includes a functional modification of the powder. USE - The method is useful for preparing in-situ polymerized polyester composite material with powder added online. ADVANTAGE - The method: utilizes the micro-reactor to replace the traditional pre-shrinking reaction vessel which effectively improves the conversion rate; reduces the cost of the device, and the energy consumption; utilizes the powder that is added into the material by the way of in situ aggregate the composite material exhibits good mechanical property and comprehensive performance; and is good for improving the stability of the material, safety and durability; realizes the intrinsic functionality; and has no attenuation of function in the use process.
