NOVELTY - A graphene nanobelts have conductivity of 112-500 S/cm, specific surface area of 312-700 m2/g, density of 0.4-l.2 g/cm3, and capacitance of 120-200 F/g. USE - Graphene nanobelts are used in thermal composite material, energy storage material, adsorbent material and supercapacitor electrode material. ADVANTAGE - The graphene nanobelts are prepared by simple and economical method. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene nanobelts, which involves preparing certain concentration of graphene oxide solution, quickly freezing, curing, freeze-drying, and reducing.
