NOVELTY - An electrode consists of an electrode active material containing a nanocomposite including graphene layers and mesoporous metal oxide nanoparticles provided between the graphene layers. Macropores are between the graphene layers. USE - Electrode is used in hybrid capacitor (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The electrode has high capacity and excellent durability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) manufacture of electrode; and (2) hybrid capacitor, which consists of an anode, a cathode comprising an active material, and electrolyte provided between the cathode and the anode.
