▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A high-performance palladium-zinc alloy carbon/zinc oxide composite material comprises zinc oxide carrier and graphene carbon layer coated onto supported palladium-zinc alloy. USE - High-performance palladium-zinc alloy carbon/zinc oxide composite material used for acetylene reaction selective hydrogenation (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The product exhibits excellent half of acetylene selective hydrogenation performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) preparation of high-performance palladium-zinc alloy carbon/zinc oxide composite material comprising dispersing zinc oxide in deionized water, adding palladium(II) nitrate aqueous solution and sodium carbonate solution, stirring at 80-100 degrees C for 1-3 hours, filtering, taking solid, drying at 70-90 degrees C, pumping hydrogen, reducing at 180-220 degrees C for 1-3 hours to obtain palladium/zinc oxide, spreading into porcelain boat, taking ethylbenzene, pumping argon gas at flow rate of 50-200 mL/minute, heating palladium/zinc oxide at 600-700 degrees C, adding ethylbenzene, and heating at 130-150 degrees C for 2-5 minutes; and (2) application of high-performance palladium-zinc alloy carbon/zinc oxide composite material comprising mixing with quartz sand, passing acetylene at flow rate of 180000 mL/g.h, and reacting at 100-200 degrees C.
