▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing graphene material comprises (i) taking electric explosion tank and regulating electric explosion system, checking the electrode for purity and fixing graphite rod between the electrode, (ii) adding distilled water to electric explosion tank, (iii) charging the high voltage capacitor group and electric explosion system, (iv) collecting the suspension in the electric explosion tank, (v) carrying out ultrasonic dispersing treatment, (vi) adding 20 wt.% hydrochloric acid, reacting, filtering, to obtain a solid, washing, and vacuum drying. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene material using electric exploder (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, accessible, doenot require complex process and also produce graphene powder having good crystallinity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene material using electric exploder comprises (i) taking electric explosion tank and regulating electric explosion system of pitch to 50 plus minus 2 mm and an electrode of 0.5 mm, checking the electrode for purity greater than or equal to 99.9% and fixing graphite rod between the electrode, (ii) adding distilled water to electric explosion tank, through tank cover sealing the electric explosion tank, the amount of distilled water added is 2-3 cm higher than the electrode, (iii) charging the high voltage capacitor group and electric explosion system, using high voltage capacitor group of 18-25 kV, starting electric explosion system, carrying out discharge circuit, (iv) when the voltage of the high voltage capacitor group is 0 kV, opening electric explosion tank, collecting the suspension in the electric explosion tank, (v) carrying out ultrasonic dispersing treatment, allowing to stand and precipitate, filtering until no solid particle is seen via naked eyes, (vi) adding 20 wt.% hydrochloric acid, reacting at 50-70 degrees C for 5-15 hours, filtering, to obtain solid A, washing with deionized water until neutral pH=7, vacuum drying at 50-55 degrees C for 24-48 hours to obtain the graphene material, the filtered liquid and volume ratio of hydrochloric acid is 1:2-4, the electric explosion system mainly comprises charging power supply (10), a high voltage capacitor group (11) and electric explosion tank (12), the charging power supply (10), a high voltage capacitor group (11) and electric explosion tank (12) are connected by a cable, the electric explosion tank (12) comprises air inlet valve (1), exhaust valve (2), a tank cover (3), electric explosion tank main body (4), insulation high temperature resistance nylon block (6), fixing pin (5), electrode (7), fixed joint (8), a electrode chuck (9), a periphery device and vacuum pump, where the electric explosion tank main body (4) upper part is detachably equipped with the tank cover (3), and is provided with two sealing ring; carrying on air valve set with on upper tank cover (3), (1) and exhaust valve (2), two electrode pieces (7) through insulation high temperature resistance nylon block (6) and fixed pin (5) installed on relative electric explosion tank main body (4) the electrode (7) through electric explosion tank main body (4) at one end is connected with the power explosion tank main body (4) internal, the other end the electric explosion tank main body (4) outside through fixing joint (8) for electrode chuck (9) installed on electrode (7) and is located in the electric explosion tank main body (4) one end is internal, vacuum pump through discharge valve (2) and connected to the electric explosion tank.
