NOVELTY - A diaphragm pump comprises a diaphragm, one side of the diaphragm is a modified nitrile rubber layer with a thickness of 4-8 mm, and the other side is a modified PTFE layer with a thickness of 0.2-0.3 mm. The modified PTFE layer includes 100 pts. wt. PTFE resin, and 3-5 pts. wt. polyimide, 1-2 pts. wt. potassium titanate whiskers, 2-3 pts. wt. polyether ether ketone, 1-2 pts. wt. molybdenum disulfide, 2-4 pts. wt. barium sulfate, 0.08-0.10 pts. wt. fluorinated graphene. The modified nitrile rubber layer includes 100 pts. wt. nitrile rubber, 3-5 pts. wt. hydrolyzed nitrile rubber, 2-3 pts. wt. stearic acid, 3-4 pts. wt. zirconia, 8-15 pts. wt. white carbon black, 1-2 pts. wt. N-phenyl-2-naphthylamine, 1-2 pts. wt. N-cyclohexyl-2-benzothiazole sulfenamide, and 1-2 pts. wt. sublimed sulfur. USE - Corrosion-resistant diaphragm pump. ADVANTAGE - The corrosion-resistant diaphragm pump obtains a diaphragm with excellent corrosion resistance by deeply optimizing the material and preparation method of the diaphragm, thereby significantly prolonging the service life of the diaphragm pump.
