NOVELTY - Breathable film composition comprises polyethylene matrix material, inorganic filler and shelled core type activated carbon intercalated graphene, where the core-shell type activated carbon intercalated graphene is uniformly distributed in the continuous phase of the polyethylene material and inorganic filler, the nano-pores are formed between the shell-core type activated carbon intercalated graphene and the polyethylene matrix material respectively. USE - Used as breathable film composition. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Breathable film composition comprises polyethylene matrix material, inorganic filler and shelled core type activated carbon intercalated graphene, where the core-shell type activated carbon intercalated graphene is uniformly distributed in the continuous phase of the polyethylene material and inorganic filler, the nano-pores are formed between the shell-core type activated carbon intercalated graphene and the polyethylene matrix material respectively, the components of the breathable film composition are 40-70 pts. wt. polyethylene, 0.5-10 pts. wt. shell-core activated carbon intercalated graphene, 28-55 pts. wt. inorganic filler, and 0.5-5 pts. wt. additive, the shell core type activated carbon intercalated graphitene has an activated carbon intercalated graphene core layer, the porous polymer having a cross-linked structure covering the core layer is a shell layer, and through-holes penetrating to the core layer are established on the shell layer. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation of breathable film composition comprising mixing shell core type activated carbon intercalated graphene, inorganic filler, polyethylene and additive and stirring to obtain mixture, (ii) adding the mixture into the twin-screw extruder for melt plasticization, rolling the melt into a gas permeable membrane substrate by a casting roller and a rubber roller, cooling the film substrate, and carrying out extinction treatment, (iii) preheating the breathable film substrate at 70-90C using a preheat roll, then stretching in three stages to form nano-scale micro-holes as breathable film composition, and (iv) passing breathable film composition through heat setting, cooling, corona, trimming, and winding to obtain finished breathable film composition, where the heat setting temperature is 108-110 degrees C, and cooling setting temperature is 30 degrees C.
