NOVELTY - Preparing graphene composite master batch involves dividing a substrate into parts, and where mass of the substrate is smaller than base 10 times the mass of the material, mixing the first substrate with the graphene material to obtain the first mixture, mixing substrate with the mixture to obtain reaction mixture, granulating after melting to obtain graphene composite masterbatch, where n takes a positive integer. USE - Method for preparing graphene composite master for producing modified fiber, island-type ultrafine fibers and microfiber leather (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene composite master which reduces graphene agglomeration phenomenon, improves the antibacterial and far-infrared performance of master batch. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a method for producing a modified fiber, which involves mixing the graphene composite masterbatch with a blank slice to obtain a mixture, followed by spinning, where components of mixture includes 5-15 pts. wt. graphene composite masterbatch and 85-95 pts. wt. blank slices, the sum of the components of the mixture is 100 pts. wt., particle size of the graphene composite mother particle is less than or equal to the particle size of the blank slice, and preferably the ratio of the particle size of the graphene composite mother particle to the blank slice is 1:2 to 10; and (2) a method for preparing island-type ultrafine fibers, which involves adding the graphene composite master batch to an island component to obtain a mixed graphite island component of the olefin composite masterbatch, and then melt-mixing the sea component with the island component mixed with the graphene composite mother particle in a melt spinning process, spinning to obtain a island-island fiber; mixing island component with the graphene composite master batch comprising 5-15 pts. wt. graphene composite master batch, 85-95 pts. wt. island component, the sum of the components of the mixture is 100 pts. wt. where particle size of the graphene composite masterbatch is less than or equal to the particle size of the island component, preferably ratio of graphene composite masterbatch and island of component is 1:2 to 10; mixing sea component to the island component mixed with the graphene composite mother particle in ratio of 30-40%:70-60%, where predetermined island number of island-type microfibers is 37 islands, Oiling, drawing, drying; and (3) a method for producing a microfiber leather, which involves preparing a nonwoven fabric using the island-island type ultrafine fiber, impregnating nonwoven fabric with the polyurethane solution; impregnating nonwoven fabric with the polyamide solution is solidified in an aqueous solution of dimethylformamide, and washing with water, removing island sea component in the island-type ultrafine fiber by alkali reduction; drying the nonwoven fabric to obtain an ultrafine fiber leather; preferably, the concentration of the aqueous solution of the dimethylformamide is 20 to 50 wt.%; solidifying at 20 to 50 degrees C, and the time is 30 to 60 minutes; water washing at 40 to 70 degrees C, alkali reducing sea component to remove island-type ultrafine fiber by immersing the washed non-woven fabric in sodium hydroxide solution having concentration of 15 to 30 g/L and treating substrate at 80 to 100 degrees C for 30-60 minutes.
