▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Weather-resistant and flame-retardant polyethylene film comprises 100 pts. wt. polyethylene resin, 10-15 pts. wt. hyperbranched polyethylene functionalized with terminal hydroxy groups, 15-25 pts. wt. graft modified high-density polyethylene, 8-10 pts. wt. copolymer resin, 15-25 pts. wt. filler, 1-2 pts. wt. antioxidant, 1-2 pts. wt. zinc stearate, 0.8-1.6 pts. wt. ethylene bis stearamide, and 2-4 pts. wt. quinoline yellow, where the graft modified high-density polyethylene is N-(4-cyano-3-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl)methacrylamide or 1-methyl-3-allyl imidazolium bromide co-grafted modified high-density polyethylene; and the copolymer resin is produced by copolymerization of vinyltrimethoxysilane, 2-3-(2H-benzotriazol-2-yl)-4-hydroxyphenylethyl methacrylate, and 3-(1,1-difluoro-2-propen-1-yl )-2(1H)-quinoxalinone. USE - Used as weather-resistant and flame-retardant polyethylene film. ADVANTAGE - The weather-resistant and flame-retardant polyethylene film: has excellent mechanical properties, and sufficient barrier effect to oxygen and water vapor. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparing weather-resistant flame-retardant polyethylene film comprising mixing other components except quinoline yellow evenly, and introducing into a twin-screw extruder to extrude and granulate through the die and pelletizer to form pellets, blowing the pellets into a film by a blow molding machine, and then soaking the prepared film in 5-10% aqueous quinoline yellow solution at 50-60 ℃ for 10-20 hours, then taking it out and washing it with water for 3-6 times, and then drying it to constant weight at 85-95 ℃ to obtain final product.
