NOVELTY - Preparing graphene heat conducting masterbatch involves melting and extruding 20-100 pts. wt. graphene-polyaniline composite material and 100 pts. wt. first matrix resin; mixing 100 pts. wt. first matrix resin, 20-100 pts. wt. graphene-polyaniline composite material and 1-5 pts. wt. compatilizer, setting extrusion temperature of a screw to be 160-220 ℃, the rotation speed of the screw to be 200-800rpm, and carrying out a double-screw melt extrusion reaction to obtain the graphene heat-conducting master batch. The compatilizer is selected from at least one of dodecylbenzene sulfonic acid, camphor sulfonic acid, naphthalene sulfonic acid, hexadecylamine and octadecylamine. USE - Preparation method of graphene heat conducting master batch. ADVANTAGE - The graphene heat conducting master batch improves resin heat conductivity coefficient. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a resin material, which is produced by melt-extruding the graphene thermal conductive masterbatch and a second matrix resin; where second matrix resin is selected from at least one of PP (polyphenylene), PE (polyethylene), PS (polystyrene), AS (acrylonitrile-styrene copolymer), ABS (acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene resin); adding 100 pts. wt. second matrix resin and 3-10 pts. wt. graphene heat-conducting master batch; optionally, the second matrix resin and the first matrix resin are the same.
