NOVELTY - Preparing graphene disinfectant comprises (1) pouring the graphene powder into water, adding a dispersant and stirring evenly to obtain a graphene pre-dispersion, (2) placing the obtained graphene pre-dispersion in a microwave reactor, obtaining a graphene suspension after 4-8 minutes, and obtaining a homogeneous and stable graphene dispersion after 1-2 hours ultrasonic treatment, (3) pouring the stable graphene dispersion into the reactor, adding non-ionic surfactant to the reactor, stirring and mixing, and then adding the quaternary ammonium salt and stirring to obtain the graphene pre-disinfectant, (4) detecting the concentration of the graphene pre-disinfectant at this time and making fine adjustments, (5) stirring the graphene pre-disinfectant again to make it fully react to obtain the product. USE - Preparing graphene disinfectant. ADVANTAGE - The method adopts graphene and quaternary ammonium salt with synergistic effect, improves the bactericidal effect of quaternary ammonium salt, reduces the concentration of quaternary ammonium salt when used, reduces the amount of disinfectant used, protects the environment, and saves costs.
