▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Magnetic rare earth friction material whose friction coefficient and temperature change in the same direction comprises 15-30 wt.% paramagnetic rare earth material, 15-25 wt.% fiber, 4-8 wt.% resin, 10-20 wt.% friction adjusting material, 8-15 wt.% graphite, and 20-30 wt.% filler. USE - Used as magnetic rare earth friction material whose friction coefficient and temperature change in the same direction. ADVANTAGE - The method adjusts overall performance of the friction material by resin, friction adjustment material, graphite and filler, so the material has good friction performance, mechanical performance and physical performance, and ensures the effectiveness, safety and stability of the braking function. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing magnetic rare earth friction material, comprising (i) sequentially adding paramagnetic rare earth material, fiber, resin, friction adjusting material, graphite into high-speed mixer, and stirring for 8-10 minutes to complete the mixing and stirring of the materials, (ii) uniformly adding the mixed materials into the mold, and controlling mold temperature at 150±5℃, where the pressing pressure is 30±2 MPa, and the heat preservation and pressure holding time is 20-30 seconds/mm, and the pressure starts to be exhausted for 15 seconds, and the interval is 10 seconds, each exhaust is 5 seconds, and the exhaust is 3-5 times, (iii) heating hot-pressed material, and (iv) using grinding devicee for dimensional processing of the heat-treated material, so the flatness of the friction plate is controlled within 0.2 mm.
