▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The window membrane has a pinhole-blocking layer (102) placed on a surface of a window base layer (103), where the pinhole-blocking layer includes graphene layer. The pinhole-blocking layer is electrically conductive. The window base layer includes one of aluminum oxide, aluminum nitride, titanium oxide or silicon nitride. A patterned layer is placed on one side of the pinhole-blocking layer, where the patterned layer is selected from a group consisting of a patterned copper layer, a patterned nickel layer, a patterned iridium layer, a patterned ruthenium layer. USE - Radiation window membrane for covering an opening in an X-ray device e.g. X-ray tube and gas-filled X-ray detector. ADVANTAGE - The window membrane uses the graphene layer next to the window base layer, so that the graphene layer blocks the pinholes that can exist in the window base layer. The material for the window base layer has better tensile strength and other mechanical properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for manufacturing a radiation window membrane for covering an opening in an X-ray device. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic illustration of steps for manufacturing a radiation window membrane.
