▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing shape memory composite material with both electrical and temperature response comprises (1) mixing thermoplastic polyurethane and two-dimensional graphene, and curing to obtain a shape memory composite material with electrical response, (2) using the photoetched silicon wafer as a template, and hot embossing the shape memory composite material to obtain a shape memory composite material with a micro-pattern, and (3) grafting the shape memory composite material with micropatterns with a temperature-responsive monomer to obtain a shape memory composite material with both electrical and temperature response. USE - The method is useful for preparing shape memory composite material with both electrical and temperature response, which is useful as a cell immobilization carrier in the fermentation production of L-lysine (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method adopts excellent electrical and thermal conductivity, and electrical transmission characteristics of two-dimensional graphene. The composite material can switch surface wettability of the temperature-regulated material by an external current, and switch the surface wettability of composite material without the use of external force. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for shape memory composite material with electrical and temperature response.
