DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A graphene composite material based environmental protection bulb comprises a lamp shade, LED lighting components, a metal sleeve connected with the lamp shade, a power supply driver module, a base, and a silicon carbide thermal conductor arranged between the lamp shade and the metal sleeve. The metal sleeve is provided with heat radiating holes that penetrate through the metal sleeve. The silicon carbide thermal conductor is provided with a heat radiating groove, and a heat dissipation coating evenly coated on inner and outer surfaces of the silicon carbide thermal conductor. The LED lighting components and the silicon carbide thermal conductor are coated with heat dissipation coating. The heat dissipation coating is evenly coated on the inner surface of the metal sleeve. The heat dissipation coating includes 60-75 pts. wt. mixed resin, 5-6.5 pts. wt. graphene, 3-4.5 pts. wt. sodium montmorillonite, 4-6.5 pts. wt. carboxy styrene-butadiene latex, 1.5-2 pts. wt. silicone-branched methyl silicone oil, 0.7-1.2 pts. wt. polyethylene glycol, 0.7-1.8 pts. wt. n-pentane, 1-2.5 pts. wt. nano-silica, 7-9 pts. wt. polyacrylonitrile-based carbon fibers, 1-2 pts. wt. fumed silica, 5.5-7 pts. wt. flame retardant, 4-6 pts. wt. modified aromatic amine curing agent, 15-20 pts. wt. solvent, 0.1-0.15 pt. wt. cerium oxide, 1.5-2 pts. wt. active mineral powder, and 1.5-2.5 pts. wt. essential oil of traditional Chinese medicine. The mixed resin is a mixture of phenolic resin and epoxy resin in a mass ratio of 2:1 to 3:1. The polyacrylonitrile-based carbon fiber has a length of 0.01 mm. The flame retardant includes ammonium polyphosphate, melamine and expanded graphite in a mass ratio of 2:1.5:1.3. The solvent is diacetone alcohol and butyl ester in a mass ratio of 3:1 to 3:2.
