NOVELTY - Production process of solarization-resistant wine packaging box comprises (i) taking plastic wine packaging raw material, (ii) cleaning and removing dust, drying polyethylene, polyvinyl alcohol, polyacrylamide, hydroquinone, triacetin, graphene, ethyl cellulose and stabilizing agent, (iii) stirring and mixing the polyethylene, polyvinyl alcohol, polyacrylamide, and stabilizing agent, (iv) modifying the raw material under molten state, adding plasticizer in the raw material in molten state in reaction vessel, and then vacuum stirring, (v) injecting the raw material into the injection molding machine, checking the process parameters of the mold before injection molding, (vi) molding the injection-molded plastic wine packaging box for grinding and polishing, (vii) coating ultraviolet resistance coating, drying the plastic wine packaging box, and then treating, and (viii) subjecting the plastic wine packaging box for ultraviolet laser printing trademark pattern and text. USE - The method is useful for producing solarization-resistant wine packaging box. ADVANTAGE - The wine packaging box is coated with the coating of the ultraviolet resistance coating to packaging box for processing, so that ultraviolet resistance film sticking improves the weather resistance of the box, thus reducing the volatilization of wine in the solarization of the wine, ensuring the taste of wine, and improving the use intensity of wine after injection molding, and reducing the weathering speed, and hence prolonging the service life of the plastic wine packaging box.
