▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing self-powered nanofiber coated yarn, comprises (i) winding carbon fiber on outer layer of polyurethane to obtain core yarn, (ii) soaking the core yarn in foaming solution, taking out, pulse heating the carbon fiber to obtain polyurethane foam, and forming core yarn with microporous structure, and (iii) mixing graphene and polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) to obtain PVDF-graphene spinning solution, taking it as anode and cathode spinning solutions to perform double-electrode electrospinning to obtain outer yarn, coating the core yarn with microporous structure, spinning, and pulse-heating the carbon fiber until the annealing of PVDF is completed to obtain the self-powered nanofiber coated yarn. USE - The self-powered nanofiber coated yarn is useful in the sensing field, friction nano-generator, and wear-resistant devices (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The nanofiber coated yarn has better self-power supply function, high energy conversion rate, and better elasticity; adapts to severe and complex deformation caused by human body movement, and satisfies the compatibility with textile technology and the human body comfort.
