▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing high heat flux graphene-polyimide carbonized film comprises (i) dispersing the graphene powder in a polar organic solvent, adding monomers of polyamic acid and mixing thoroughly to obtain slurry A, and then dissolving the other monomer in the polar organic solvent to obtain slurry B; (ii) casting the slurry A and the slurry B into a film by a multi-layer co-extrusion method, and then subjecting to reaction polymerization, drying, biaxial stretching, and heat treatment for imidization to obtain a graphene-polyimide composite membrane; and (iii) transferring the graphene-polyimide composite film to a carbonization furnace, and carbonizing at a high temperature under the protection of argon; then transferring it to a graphite furnace to undergo high-temperature graphitization to obtain graphene-polyimide carbonized film; where the two monomers are diamine and dianhydride respectively; the mass of the graphene accounts for 5-10% of the total mass of the carbonized film. USE - The carbonized film is used as planar heat-conducting material for heat dissipation of high-temperature components. The heat dissipating element is useful for heat dissipation on flexible wear-resistant equipment, lighting equipment, electronic devices or industrial equipment.
