NOVELTY - Anti-corrosion coating system comprises primer coating, epoxy micaceous iron middle paint coating and finish paint coating, where the primer coating is graphene zinc-rich coating, and coating on the surface of the steel structure. USE - The system is useful in outer wall tower cylinder of ocean wind power generating set (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The system: ensures engineering application of graphene zinc-rich primer on marine wind power; ensures designing and prolonging coating protection age limit by coating system; ensures anti-corrosion technology integrated with anti-corrosion coating system and coating process; increases the service life of the wind power device; is economical; specifically uses graphene zinc-rich paint to replace the traditional epoxy zinc-rich primer; adds small amount of graphene in the coating; reduces the content of the coating zinc powder; improves the adhesive force of the coating to the base material; and ensures cathode protection effect of the coating. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for coating of anti-corrosion coating system comprising degreasing and removing rust on the surface of a steel plate, blasting the surface to Sa2.5 level, blowing off with dry compressed air, using air spraying to spray the graphene zinc-rich coating as a primer, drying graphene zinc-rich coating for 6 hours, applying epoxy mica intermediate paint coating, coating the epoxy mica intermediate paint, drying for 24 hours, and then spraying the top coat, and airing at room temperature for 7 days.
