NOVELTY - An electrochemical immunosensor for detecting beta -adrenergic agonist comprises a base electrode modified with graphene, where beta -adrenergic agonist multi-cluster antigen is fixed to the graphene surface, and bovine serum albumin blocks the non-specific active sites, where the beta -adrenergic agonist multi-cluster antigen is clenbuterol-salbutamol-bovine serum albumin or clenbuterol-salbutamol-ovalbumin. USE - The electrochemical immunosensor is used for detecting beta -adrenergic agonist (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is a method for detecting beta -adrenergic agonist by electrochemical immunodetection comprises (a) preparing the electrochemical immunosensor above; (b) preparing a standard solution: preparing a group including a blank, samples of different known concentrations of free beta - adrenergic agonist, and phosphate buffer solution (pH 7.4) as standard solutions; (c) establishing a working curve by conducting a differential pulse voltammetry (DPV); and (d) measuring beta -adrenergic agonist concentration.
