▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of composite thin-film material involves selecting a electroconductive substrate, cleaning the substrate, removing an organic material and an oxide material from the surface of the substrate, growing a graphene film layer on the cleaned surface, washing the graphene film layer, removing electrolyte ions adsorbed on the graphene layer and depositing a metal layer on the resultant layer. USE - Preparation of composite thin-film material used for surface coating and electronic packaging. ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple preparation of composite thin-film material having excellent electrical properties, mechanical properties and corrosion resistance, under mild reaction conditions, with controllable doping amount of graphene and suppressed growth of intermetallic compounds.
