A solar photovoltaic heat-collecting film (2) can constitute a simple and easy tent device on fiberglass rod support (8) that supports. The solar heat absorbing device includes a solar photovoltaic heat collecting film, a solar charge controller, a storage battery and a temperature control device. The solar charge controller is connected with CIGS thin film solar cell through the first circuit. The temperature control device is connected to storage battery through a third circuit. The embedded wire of phase change heat preservation pad is connected with temperature control device. USE - The heat preservation pad is useful for treating severely wounded people in a cold environment. ADVANTAGE - The heat preservation pad improves the comfort level of the injured person lying on the phase change of the heat preservation and the comfort of the wounded person. The phase change heat preservation cushion is convenient to carry, reduces the cost of the wound processing, reduces the healing time and increases the healing efficiency, reduces the pain of the patient by the healing effect of the heated phase change material, controls the temperature of the skin by the temperature control device and prevents skin from being burned.
