▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Radiating coating comprises 18-22 pts. wt. matrix resin, 13-17 pts. wt. titanium dioxide, 11-16 pts. wt. graphene, 8-14 pts. wt. calcium carbonate filler, 7-12 pts. wt. aluminum nitride, 6-10 pts. wt. magnesium nitride, 7-11 pts. wt. silicon carbide, 6-10 pts. wt. tetramethylethylenediamine, 7-12 pts. wt. dispersant, 5-9 pts. wt. curing agent and 4-8 pts. wt. compound additive. USE - The radiating coating useful for coating computer (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The coating does not contain organic solvent, good comprehensive properties e.g. flexibility, hardness and adhesion, chemical properties, corrosion resistance, strong impact resistance and insulation; and is environmentally friendly and safe. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing radiating coating, comprising (i) introducing the base resin into a reaction vessel, heating to 150-160 degrees C, completely melting, adding graphene, and calcium carbonate filler, mixing uniformly, and introducing into a dispersing machine at 55-60 degrees C with a speed of 80-90 rotations/minute for 0.6-0.7 hours to obtain a mixture-1, (ii) mixing the titanium dioxide, aluminum nitride, magnesium nitride and silicon carbide, adding into a ball mill, ball milling to a 500 meshes sieve, adding tetramethylethylenediamine, and stirring evenly to obtain a mixture-II, (iii) adding the mixture-II, dispersing agent sequentially into the mixture-I, and ultrasonically dispersing to obtain a mixture-III, and (iv) adding the mixture-III, curing agent and compound additive into a twin-screw extruder, melt-extruding at 180-195 degrees C, introducing into a mold, and cooling to room temperature.
