NOVELTY - Method for mixing and producing styrene-butadiene rubber, comprises e.g. (1) preparing oil-filled styrene-butadiene rubber, polystyrene, activated calcium carbonate, rubber plasticizer, hexane solution, alkane-based operating oil, anti-aging agent, environmentally friendly aromatic oil, and reduced graphene oxide, (2) selecting a part of the oil-filled styrene-butadiene rubber, using a shearing device to crushing, adding hexane for mixing and stirring and obtaining a mixed rubber liquid A, (3) selecting the remaining oil-filled styrene-butadiene rubber, placing it into the second mixing container after crushing, adding polystyrene and activated calcium carbonate, mixing heating to obtain rubber mixture B, (4) obtaining the styrene-butadiene rubber mixture, (5) obtaining styrene-butadiene rubber primary products, and (6) adding the primary styrene-butadiene rubber product into a rubber internal mixer, and then performing staged mixing operations. USE - The method is useful for mixing and producing styrene-butadiene rubber. ADVANTAGE - The method: ensure the excellent improved tensile strength, heat resistance and elongation at break of the product. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method for mixing and producing styrene-butadiene rubber, comprises (1) preparing 120-130 pts. wt. oil-filled styrene-butadiene rubber, 40-50 pts. wt. polystyrene, 80-85 pts. wt. activated calcium carbonate, 6-8 pts. wt. rubber plasticizer, 10-12 pts. wt. hexane solution, 5-7 pts. wt. alkane-based operating oil, 1-3 pts. wt. anti-aging agent, 6-8 pts. wt. environmentally friendly aromatic oil, and 5-8 pts. wt. reduced graphene oxide, (2) selecting a part of the oil-filled styrene-butadiene rubber, using a shearing device to crushing, then adding it to the first mixing container, adding hexane for mixing and stirring and obtaining a mixed rubber liquid A, (3) selecting the remaining oil-filled styrene-butadiene rubber, placing it into the second mixing container after crushing, adding polystyrene and activated calcium carbonate, mixing heating the container and adding rubber plasticizer in stages, stirring and cooling to obtain rubber mixture B, (4) placing the mixed rubber solution A and mixed rubber solution B into the third stirring container for stirring and fusing, during the stirring process, adding naphthenic operating oil, anti-aging agent and reduced graphene oxide, heating the container and then obtaining the styrene-butadiene rubber mixture, (5) adding antioxidant to the styrene-butadiene rubber mixture prepared in the resultant step, adding environmentally friendly aromatic hydrocarbon oil at 30-40℃, stirring and mixing uniformly, and then condensing water vapor, drying and dehydrating to obtain styrene-butadiene rubber primary products, and (6) adding the primary styrene-butadiene rubber product into a rubber internal mixer, and then performing staged mixing operations to obtain a mixed rubber product and cooling to obtain the final product.
