NOVELTY - High strength modified microcellular polyvinyl chloride (MPVC) pipe comprises 80-100 pts. wt. polyvinyl chloride, 3-5 pts. wt. polyethylene, 0.3-0.5 pts. wt. modified graphene, 2-4 pts. wt. polycarbonate, 1-2 pts. wt. dispersant, 1-2 pts. wt. stabilizer, 3-5 pts. wt. methacrylate butadiene styrene (MBS) resin, 1-2 pts. wt. lubricant, 3-5 pts. wt. plasticizer, 0.5-0.7 pts. wt. antioxidant and 0.1-0.3 pts. wt. octyl glycidyl ether. USE - Used as high strength modified microcellular polyvinyl chloride pipe comprising e.g. modified graphene. ADVANTAGE - The pipe maintains the impact resistance of the MPVC pipe at low temperature and meets the use requirements of MPVC pipe in low temperature environment. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing high strength modified MPVC pipe comprising (1) adding polyvinyl chloride particles, polyethylene particles, dispersant, octyl glycidyl ether and molecular softener, stirring and mixing, melting at 110-130degrees Celsius, stirring for 1-2 hours, adding modified graphene, stirring for 5-7 hours to obtain molten liquid, (2) adding polycarbonate, stabilizer, MBS resin, lubricant and antioxidant in the molten liquid obtained in step (1), continuously stirring for 1-2 hours, adding plasticizer, stirring for 10-20 minutes to obtain the mixed molten liquid, (3) transferring the mixed molten liquid obtained in the step (2) into a doublescrew extruder, setting the temperature of the main machine to be 150-160degrees Celsius, the temperature of the mold is 160-180degrees Celsius, the machine head temperature is 180-190degrees Celsius, extruding and molding, shaping and cooling to obtain the MPVC pipe.
