▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - High-temperature resistant polypropylene oxide/polybutylene terephthalate material comprises polybutylene terephthalate, polyphenylene oxide, modified fullerene, graphene oxide and filler. The filler is mica powder treated with a coupling agent. USE - The high-temperature resistant polypropylene oxide/polybutylene terephthalate material is useful in electronic device and car cooling fan. ADVANTAGE - The material has good temperature resistance and processing performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing high temperature resistant polypropylene oxide/polybutylene terephthalate material, comprising (i) drying polybutylene terephthalate and polypropylene oxide in a vacuum oven, (ii) mixing the dried polybutylene terephthalate, polypropylene oxide and other raw materials uniformly in a high-speed mixer, (iii) adding the mixture into an internal mixer for banburying, (iv) extruding and granulating the mixture in a twin-screw extruder, and (v) drying the extruded pellets and injecting into an injection molding machine according to standard strips. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic representation of the sandwich-type structure of high-temperature resistant polypropylene oxide/polybutylene terephthalate material.
