NOVELTY - The system has a system main body provided with a vertical graphene layer that is selected as an interconnection electrode. A vertical structure fully utilizes a graphene surface rich electronic transmission channel and a radiating channel. USE - Transparent flexible micro-LED display system. ADVANTAGE - The system utilizes the vertical graphene as the interconnection electrode so that stress stability and reliability of the interconnection electrode are improved, allows the vertical structure to fully utilize the graphene surface rich electronic transmission channel and radiating channel so that the longitudinal conductive performance is improved and device working voltage is reduced.
