NOVELTY - Medicine combination comprises a first membrane component comprising a membrane derived from the inner membrane of bacteria, and the components derived from other organisms than the bacteria. USE - The medicine combination, vaccine and/or kit is useful to prepare medicine for enhancing target antigen by immune cell uptake, enhancing innate immunity and/or specific immune response, promoting dendritic cell maturation and/or improving lymphocyte secretion cell factor, preventing and/or treating tumor e.g. slowing the volume of tumor increasing speed and/or reducing the volume of the tumor includes the tumor (e.g. breast tumor, colon tumor, liver tumor, stomach tumor, kidney tumor, pancreatic tumor, ovarian tumor, lymphoma, osteosarcoma, glioma, prostate cancer and melanoma) that is not completely resected after tumor resection, and preventing recurrence after cancer operation (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The medicine combination can slow down the rate of increase in tumor volume and/or reduces the volume of tumors. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) vaccine comprising the medicine combination; (2) kit comprising the medicine combination and/or the vaccine; (3) enhancing target antigen by immune cell uptake comprising providing medicine combination containing the first membrane component, where the first membrane component comprises a membrane derived from bacteria, the medicine combination further comprises the target antigen; (4) activating immune cells comprising injecting the medicine combination, the vaccine and/or the kit; (5) preparing the medicine composition, the vaccine and/or the kit comprising providing the membrane derived from the bacteria; (6) tumor vaccine for preventing postoperative recurrence of cancer comprising a hybrid cell membrane shell and an inner core material, and the hybrid cell membrane shell comprises an inner membrane of gram-negative bacteria and a solid tumor cell membrane derived from surgical resection; and (7) preparing tumor vaccine for preventing recurrence after cancer surgery comprising (1) respectively extracting Gram-negative bacteria intima and solid tumor cell membrane of surgical excision source, (2) mixing the Gram-negative bacteria intima extracted in the step (1) and the solid tumor cell membrane of surgical excision source, and extruding by a liposome extruder to obtain hybrid membrane nano-particles, (3) mixing the hybrid film particles obtained in the step (2) with the nano-particle core, and extruding by a liposome extruder to obtain the tumor vaccine for preventing recurrence after cancer surgery.
