NOVELTY - The preparation method of ceramic proton exchange membrane involves dissolving heteropoly acid in deionized water for 30-60 minutes, adding graphene to the mixture and then dissolving in deionized water for 30-60 minutes, adding 1-5 pts. wt. sulfonated kaolin, 10-20 pts. wt. barium titanate, 12-20 pts. wt. polyaluminum sulfate, 3-8 pts. wt. adhesive, 5-10 pts. wt. aluminum sol, 1-5 pts. wt. benzotriazole and water to the mixture and then stirring at 500-800 rpm for 30-60 minutes, adding glass fiber to the mixture and then drying and solidifying. USE - The method is useful for preparation of ceramic proton exchange membrane, which is useful for fuel cell. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of ceramic proton exchange membrane with high specific surface area and solubility and excellent stability, proton conductivity, corrosion resistance and prolonged service life in environmentally-friendly manner.
