▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing light-responsive composite nano-coating, comprises mixing 0.4-0.6 mol/l calcium nitrate tetrahydrate aqueous solution and 0.2-0.4 mol/l diammonium phosphate aqueous solution to obtain the first solution, adjusting the pH of the first solution to 7-9, placing first solution in a reactor and reacting, separating the reaction product from solid and liquid, washing the solid precipitate with deionized water, lyophilizing and calcining to obtain hydroxyapatite powder, mixing the hydroxyapatite powder with the graphene oxide solution to obtain a second solution, ultrasonically treating the second solution for 20-30 hours to load hydroxyapatite on the graphene oxide to obtain hydroxyapatite/graphene oxide, dissolving citric acid monohydrate and glycine in water to obtain a third solution, evaporating the third solution and concentrating under 60-80degrees Celsius of vacuum conditions to obtain a viscous mixed slurry, placing the viscous mixed slurry in the reactor and reacting. USE - The light-responsive composite nano-coating is useful on the surface of a medical implant (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite nano-coating has good biological compatibility, high safety, strong antibacterial property, capable of releasing active oxygen under the near-infrared light and can be applied to the surface of the medical implant. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a light-responsive composite nanocoating.
