NOVELTY - A medicine packaging high barrier nano composite film comprises 20-40 pts. wt. aqueous polyester, 4-16 pts. wt. nano-layered filler, 0.2-1 pts. wt. antibacterial agent, 1-4 pts. wt. dispersing auxiliary agent,1-10 pts. wt. plasticizer, 2-5 pts. wt. sensitizer, 1 -3 pts. wt. stabilizing agent, 2 -20 pts. wt. ultrapure water and 20-60 pts. wt. water. USE - High-barrier nanocomposite film is used for medicine packaging. ADVANTAGE - By using water-based polyester as raw materials and synthetic plastics that do not use fossil fuel resources, in the nanocomposite film, the current problems of the depletion of fossil fuel resources, is avoided. The presence of nano-silver composite and ultrapure water, improves the antibacterial effect of the high-barrier nano-composite film, making it suitable for pharmaceutical packaging which prevents drug being contaminated by bacteria and improves the storage time of the drug. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the preparation of high barrier nano composite film, which involves: 1) taking solid nano-silver compound and adding ultra-pure water, stirring for 10-20 minutes, to form mixed solvent A; 2) heating water to 50-80°C, adding aqueous polyester and stirring to obtain mixed solvent B; 3) continuously heating the mixed solvent B, gradually adding the mixed solvent A, nano-layered filler, dispersing auxiliary agent, sensitizing agent, mixing, at 60-80°C, with speed 70-80 rotations/minute, for 3-6 minutes, extruding obtained mixed product C; 4) adding plasticizer and stabilizing agent to the mixed product C, stirring, to obtain mixed product D; 5) extruding the mixed product D, cooling, sterilizing by ultraviolet and coiling.
