▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Method for producing breathable glass material structure involves (a) coating a front surface and a back surface of a substrate with a graphene coating or an antistatic scratch-resistant functional coating and forming a functional layer on the front and back surfaces of substrate, (b) thermally coating a surface of the functional layer with a protective film, (c) punching the surface of the obtained material using laser or plasma or needle roller or chemical corrosion or mechanical continuous operation, and (d) cutting, coiling and packaging to obtain the breathable glass material structure. USE - Method is useful for producing breathable glass material structure (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple and economical production of the breathable glass material structure with excellent sound insulation property, dustproof property, windproof property, rainproof property and lighting performance. The breathable glass material structure reduces the concentration of harmful gases such as formaldehyde and carbon dioxide caused by the non-circulation of air in the room. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method for producing breathable glass material structure involves (a) coating a front surface and a back surface of a substrate with a graphene coating or an antistatic scratch-resistant functional coating and forming a functional layer on the front surface and the back surface of substrate, (b) thermally coating a surface of the functional layer with a protective film, (c) punching the surface of the obtained material using laser or plasma or needle roller or chemical corrosion or mechanical continuous operation, and (d) cutting, coiling and packaging to obtain the breathable glass material structure. The graphene coating comprises 20-50 pts. wt. adhesive, 2-15 pts. wt. graphene dispersion liquid, 0.01-0.5 pt. wt. surfactant and 5-20 pts. wt. deionized water. The graphene dispersion liquid has a solid content of 0.3-8%. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for breathable glass material structure produced by the above method.
