DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A nickel oxide/reduced graphene oxide nano composite material preparing method involves utilizing a multi-walled carbon nanotube as a raw material. A graphite oxide nanosheets with lamellar structure is obtained by using a Hummer method. The ultrasonic dispersion is performed on the graphite oxide nanometer sheet using ethanol solvent at 140-180 degrees C for 10-12 hours. The graphite oxide nanometer sheet is cooled at room temperature, filtered and washed with water and ethanol. The washed graphite oxide nanometer sheet is dried in vacuum to obtain a precursor composite material. The precursor composite material is heated at 200-250 degrees C for 3-5 hours under air atmosphere to prepare a nickel oxide/reduction-oxidation graphene nano-composite material.
