NOVELTY - Preparation of flaky graphene-aluminum mixed powder involves mixing 0.5-4 wt.% graphene, 0.5-10 wt.% silicone oil and balance amount of aluminum powder, crushing in ball mill rotated at 100-400 rpm for 5-10 minutes under protective gas to obtain a mixed powder, placing mixed powder in vacuum or atmospheric constant temperature furnace, heating at 400-460 degrees C for 1-3 hours, and separating aluminum powder from ball mill. USE - Preparation of flaky graphene-aluminum mixed powder. ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple and rapid preparation of flaky graphene-aluminum mixed powder with improved ball milling efficiency, and stability.
