NOVELTY - Device comprises a horizontal tube furnace (1), a quartz tube (10), an argon storage tank (6), a hydrogen storage tank (7) and a tee tube (3). The quartz tube is provided in the corundum tube of horizontal tube furnace and the quartz tube ends are located in the horizontal tube furnace. The quartz tube is provided with a first porcelain boat used for holding a substrate and a second porcelain boat used for holding pulverized coal. The quartz tube is provided with an inlet end plug, and the other end of the quartz tube is provided with a vent plug. The vent plug is set with an exhaust port. USE - The device is useful for preparing graphene film using low rank coal (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Device comprises a horizontal tube furnace, a quartz tube, an argon storage tank, a hydrogen storage tank and a tee tube. The quartz tube is provided in the corundum tube of horizontal tube furnace and the quartz tube ends are located in the horizontal tube furnace. The quartz tube is provided with a first porcelain boat used for holding a substrate and a second porcelain boat used for holding pulverized coal. The quartz tube is provided with an inlet end plug, and the other end of the quartz tube is provided with a vent plug. The vent plug is set with an exhaust port. The inlet plug and mixed gas line are connected to the inlet port. The mixed gas pipe and tee pipe is connected to first path. The second path of tee path is connected to argon gas tank through the argon gas line. The third path of tee pipe is connected to hydrogen storage tank via hydrogen line. The intake plug ends are provided with a through-opening via horizontal pipe. The through-tube is located in the quartz tube outer portion mounted valve. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene film from low rank coal using the device, comprising: (i) opening the inlet plug of quartz tube, loading the substrate (copper foil)-containing first porcelain boat and pulverized coal (pulverized low rank coal)-containing second porcelain boat into the quartz tube, where the first porcelain boat is located in the quartz tube middle position, the second porcelain boat is located close to the inlet plug position, then installing air lock and the shutting down the valve; (ii) opening argon tank and passing argon gas into the quartz tube; (iii) heating the horizontal tube furnace to 950-1000 degrees C, adjusting the position of first porcelain boat in quartz tube in a horizontal tube furnace, opening the heating temperature zone and hydrogen storage tank, then carrying out reduction treatment within the first porcelain boat; (iv) after the restore process is finished, opening the valve, using the putter through the through-tube and pushing the second porcelain boat in the horizontal tube furnace heating temperature zone, carrying out chemical vapor deposition process with argon gas flow and hydrogen flow rate of 30-80 ml/minute; and (v) after the completion of chemical vapor deposition process, stopping the heating in horizontal tubular furnace, regulating the flow rate of argon gas to 180-220 ml/minute and turning off the hydrogen storage tank, then cooling the surface of the substrate to obtain graphene film.
