NOVELTY - Device comprises a pair of conductive rods arranged spaced apart from each other by a predetermined distance for forming an interval, a power supply unit for applying voltage on conductive rods, a discharge unit for generating metal nanoparticles between conductive rods, a spraying unit for spraying oxidized graphene solution onto metal nanoparticles generated at interval between conductive rods and forming metal nano-particles attached with graphene oxide, a light source for irradiating UV rays on metal nano-particles, and a reducing unit for reducing graphene oxide to form reduced graphene. USE - The device is useful for producing graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The device continuously produces by simple and environmentally friendly process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Device comprises a pair of conductive rods (11) arranged spaced apart from each other by a predetermined distance for forming an interval and containing metal having work function of less than or equal to 6.0 eV, a power supply unit (12) for applying voltage on the conductive rods, a discharge unit (10) for generating metal nanoparticles at intervals between the conductive rods by spark discharge, a spraying unit (20) for spraying oxidized graphene solution onto the metal nanoparticles generated at the interval between the conductive rods and forming metal nano-particles attached with graphene oxide, a light source for irradiating UV rays having wavelength of less than or equal to 200 nm on the metal nano-particles having the graphene oxide, and a reducing unit (30) for reducing graphene oxide to form reduced graphene. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for producing graphene, comprising (a) generating metal nanoparticles from the gap by applying voltage on the pair of conductive rods arranged spaced apart from each other to form the interval and, spark discharging, (b) encapsulating for forming a droplet containing metal nanoparticles to which the graphene oxide is attached by spraying graphene oxide solution on the metal nanoparticles, and (c) reducing graphene oxide by irradiating UV light having wavelength range of less than or equal to 200 nm on the metal nanoparticles.
