▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A nitrogen-doped graphene/cobalt ferrite nanocomposite material comprises nitrogen-doped graphene base material and cobalt in the mass ratio of 1:3-1:10. The doping amount of nitrogen in the base material is 2%. USE - Nitrogen-doped graphene/cobalt ferrite nanocomposite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The nitrogen-doped graphene/cobalt ferrite nanocomposite material has excellent electrochemical property. The cobalt ferrite nanoparticles contained in the nanocomposite material prevents generation of agglomeration between graphene layers. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of nitrogen-doped graphene/cobalt ferrite nanocomposite material, which involves ultrasonically dispersing graphite oxide in anhydrous ethanol to obtain uniform dispersion of graphene oxide solution, dissolving ferric nitrate and cobalt nitrate in anhydrous ethanol, stirring to completely dissolve, adding obtained solution into graphene oxide solution, stirring uniformly, adding urea, stirring, adding resultant mixture into a hydrothermal reactor, heating at 120-200 degrees C, centrifugally separating the reaction mixture, washing using deionized water and drying. The mass ratio of urea and graphite oxide is 100:1-200:1.
