▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene-based composite conductive ink involves preparing graphite oxide by Hummers method, processing original graphene microparticles and multi-walled carbon nanotubes with dilute nitric acid so as to graft a small amount of the oxygen-containing functional groups on the original graphene microparticles and multi-walled carbon nanotubes, dispersing obtained product, graphite oxide and thickener in mixed solvent, grinding and mixing. USE - Preparation of graphene-based composite conductive ink for inkjet printing, conductive wires and conductive thin film. ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple preparation of graphene-based composite conductive ink with high concentration and excellent stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of graphene-based composite conductive ink involves preparing graphite oxide by Hummers method, processing original graphene microparticles and multi-walled carbon nanotubes with dilute nitric acid so as to graft a small amount of the oxygen-containing functional groups on the original graphene microparticles and multi-walled carbon nanotubes, dispersing obtained product, graphite oxide and thickener in mixed solvent, grinding and mixing. The thickener comprises least one of hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, acrylic resin, ethylcellulose, polyvinyl alcohol and terpineol. The mixed solvent comprises ethanol and water.
