▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The sensor has a cylindrical optical fiber section (2) connected with a joint (1) i.e. SM-A series connector. A tapered processing section (3) is provided with a processing section fiber core (31), a noble metal film (32) and a graphite thin film (33) from inside to outside. A top end of the processing section fiber core is connected with a top end of another noble metal film (34), where the two noble metal films are made of gold material and the processing section fiber core and a fiber core of the optical fiber section are integrated multi-mode optical fiber cores. USE - Graphene thin film based tapered optical fiber sensor for use in biological, chemical and medical applications. ADVANTAGE - The sensor has simple structure, small volume and high sensitivity, and can realize online detection and real-time analysis of micro-gas, liquid, chemical element and DNA in biological, chemical and medical fields.
