▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The electrofusion tape (1) has a jacket element (2) made of an electrically insulating plastic. A heating element is made of electrically conductive thermoplastic polyolefin and at least two contact elements (6) are set around the heating element for supplying electrical energy. The jacket element and the heating element are designed as strips. The jacket element is configured for partially surrounding the heating element. The contact elements in the opposite edge regions of the heating element are arranged and extended in parallel to one another along the heating element. The jacket and heating element are designed as a co-extrusion portion and are fused to one another in the contact area and a shift between the jacket - and the heating element is completely cut off. The contact elements are made from copper, or continuous carbon fiber or electrically conductive plastic compound with carbon nanotubes, graphite, graphene or with a metallic filler. USE - Electrofusion tape for welding e.g. fixed point fastening with plastic pipelines (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The universal use of the electrofusion tape is enabled and flexibility of the electrofusion tape is improved to enable simple and precise assembly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for producing an electrofusion tape. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a cross sectional of an electric welding strip.
