The raw materials of sheath layer contains PTFE, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, PVC, epoxidized linseed oil, coal tar, zeolite powder, white carbon black, liquid epoxy resin, nano-graphene, clay, kaolin, phenolic resin, vulcanizing agent TMTD (tetramethylthiuram disulfide), dicumyl peroxide, antioxidant 1076 (octadecyl-3-(3,5-bis(1,1-dimethylethyl)-4-hydroxyphenyl)propionate), and antioxidant 1035 (3,5-Bbs(1,1-dimethylethyl)-4-hydroxybenzenepropanoic acid thiodi-2,1-ethanediyl ester). USE - Wear-resistant tear-resistant power cable (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A power cable has a conductor and a sheath layer which is coated on an outside of the conductor. The raw materials of the sheath layer comprise 15-25 pts. wt. PTFE, 40-60 pts. wt. ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, 10-18 pts. wt. PVC, 1-2 pts. wt. epoxidized linseed oil, 0.4-1 pts. wt. coal tar, 8-12 pts. wt. turkey red oil composite corn cob, 10-15 pts. wt. zeolite powder, 15-25 pts. wt. white carbon black, 4-8 pts. wt. liquid epoxy resin, 4-8 pts. wt. nano-graphene, 3-6 pts. wt. polyethylene vinyl ester, 3-7 pts. wt. clay, 4-8 pts. wt. kaolin, 2-5 pts. wt. phenolic resin, 2-4 pts. wt. vulcanizing agent TMTD (tetramethylthiuram disulfide), 1-2 pts. wt. dicumyl peroxide, 0.7-1.1 pts. wt. antioxidant 1076 (octadecyl-3-(3,5-bis(1,1-dimethylethyl)-4-hydroxyphenyl)propionate), 0.4-1.2 pts. wt. antioxidant 1035 (3,5-Bis(1,1-dimethylethyl)-4-hydroxybenzenepropanoic acid thiodi-2,1-ethanediyl ester) and 1.5-2.5 pts. wt. antioxidant 1010 (pentaerythritol tetrakis(3-(3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl)propionate)).
