NOVELTY - Preparing functionalized modified graphene, comprises (1) providing graphene oxide raw material, and (2) reacting graphene oxide raw material and polydiallyldimethylammonium halide in presence of a reducing agent and aqueous ammonia under heating condition to obtain final product. USE - The functionalized modified graphene is useful in electrostatic self-assembly of materials (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The functionalized positive charge modified graphene with nano-manganese dioxide, carbon nitride and other electrostatic self-assembly reduce agglomeration, improves dispersibility and stability, increase specific surface area, so as to solve the technical problem of graphene in electrostatic self-assembly. The method: is simple and easy to operate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for functionalized modified graphene is obtained by above method.
