NOVELTY - The method involves placing (S10) reduced graphene oxide film into Acheson graphitizing furnace, and performing (S20) high-temperature heat treatment to placed graphene oxide film at different stages so that the reduced graphene oxide film reaches the graphitization temperature. The reduced graphene oxide film is naturally cooled to obtain a fluffy graphene film, and fluffy graphene film is compacted (S30) and densified (S30) to obtain graphene film. USE - Method for preparing graphene film used in electric appliances such as refrigerator, washing machine, drier, dishwasher, refrigerator-freezer, and air conditioner. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene film that has reduced production cost, shortened preparation process, and improved thermal conductivity of graphene film, and improves the performance of the graphene film. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: 1. a graphene film; and 2. an electronic device for preparing graphene film.
