NOVELTY - The device has a device main body provided with a graphite alkene heat film, a radiating frame, a digital controller and temperature sensors. The digital controller is fixed to the radiating frame, where the digital controller controls output voltage according to a temperature value. Each temperature sensor is fixed to the graphite alkene heat film. The radiating frame heats the graphite alkene heat film to generate heat at an outer side part of the device main body after performing an electrifying process. A mobile phone device and a remote control device are connected with the device main body by data network or WIFI paired. The graphite alkene heat film is made of nylon resin, graphene, glass fiber, antioxidant and lubricant composite. USE - Nano-scale graphene based radiating device. ADVANTAGE - The device electrifies the graphite alkene heat film to release far infrared wavelength, so that the device ensures healthy of a human body, installs a radiating fan to realize convection of cold and hot air based on a thermal theory, quickly discharges the hot air by a radiating hole, so that the device improves radiating efficiency, monitors surface temperature of the graphite alkene heat film when the surface temperature of the graphite alkene heat film is constant with preset threshold temperature, ensures safety of components by the remote control device, saves electricity and adopts a green energy source to avoid coal and gas heating large pollution problem in a winter season.
