NOVELTY - Graphene-based heat resisting anti-corrosive paint comprises component A and component B1 in a mass ratio of 9:1. The component A includes 50-70 wt.% binding agent and 30-50 wt.% pigment and filler, the binding agent includes 60 wt.% polymethylphenylsiloxane modified epoxy resin and 40 wt.% silicone, and the pigment and filler includes 5-8 wt.% graphene, 1-5 wt.% chromium oxide, 1-5 wt.% titanium dioxide, 1-5 wt.% zinc oxide, 1-5 wt.% aluminum oxide powder, 4-8 wt.% barium sulfate, 3-5 wt.% magnesium carbonate, 3-5 wt.% calcium carbonate, 3-5 wt.% white carbon black micropowder, 3-7 wt.% quartz powder, 3-7 wt.% graphite powder, 3-7 wt.% green silicon carbide micropowder, 3-7 wt.% silicon carbide micropowder, 3-7 wt.% corundum micropowder, 3-7 wt.% silicon micropowder, 1-3 wt.% organic bentonite, 3-5 wt.% mica powder, and copper chrome black, iron oxide black and carbon fiber (balance amount); the component B is curing agent. USE - Used as graphene-based heat resisting anti-corrosive paint. ADVANTAGE - The anti-corrosive paint has excellent comprehensive performance, strong anti-corrosion and high temperature resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene-based heat resisting anti-corrosive paint, comprising (i) mixing the other components (except carbon fiber) in pigment and filler, and drying at 300-800 degrees C for 2 hours to obtain mixture, (ii) adding polymethylphenylsiloxane modified epoxy resin and silicone to high speed stirring and dispersing kettle and uniformly stirring for 20-30 minutes, (iii) adding carbon fiber, stirring and dispersing uniformly, (iv) adding the obtained mixture, stirring and dispersing for 2-4 hours, and (v) filtering and packing, inspecting and storing.
