NOVELTY - A surface enhanced Raman spectrum composite substrate preparation method involves depositing polystyrene microsphere mask chromium nano-film and silver nano-film, and dissloving in chloroform. Polymethyl methacrylate is coated on upper copper foil. The coated graphene layer is thermally cured, etched and washed. The single-layer graphene is formed on an upper part of nano-array and dried to ensure bonding between the graphene and substrate. The dried layer is put into acetone solution and methyl methacrylate, and dried by nitrogen to obtain the composite substrate. USE - Method for preparing a surface enhanced Raman spectrum composite substrate. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing the surface enhanced Raman spectrum composite substrate in a simple and economical manner with stable chemical property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A surface enhanced Raman spectrum composite substrate preparation method involves using a liquid level self-assembly method to form a polystyrene micro-sphere mask single layer on a silicon sheet. Polystyrene microsphere mask chromium nano-film and silver nano-film are deposited using a vacuum film plating machine, and dissloved in chloroform to remove polystyrene micro-sphere and washed. Polymethyl methacrylate is coated on upper copper foil to grow single-layer graphene using a chemical vapor deposition process. The coated graphene layer is thermally cured and chemically etched to remove the copper foil and washed. The single-layer graphene is formed on an upper part of nano-array and dried to ensure bonding between the graphene and substrate. The dried layer is put into acetone solution and methyl methacrylate, and dried by nitrogen to obtain the composite substrate.
